Accounting and law firms: In 7 days you know where AI saves you hours, and what it costs.
For accounting, law and advisory firms. One 45-minute call. Then you get a plan: which off-the-shelf tools to put in, what they cost, and how many hours a week they give your people back. I only recommend what already exists and what I have tried to break myself.

Final price. I am not VAT-registered, nothing is added.
- 75 minutes of your time. A 45-minute call, a 30-minute closing walkthrough. The rest is my work.
- Report with six deliverables within 7 days, including one finished automation on your own process.
- I don’t find at least 5 hours a week? I refund 100% of the price.
- Within 30 days the whole amount is credited against the price of implementation.
You pick a slot in the calendar and pay by card in one step. Cancel at least 24 hours before and the full amount comes back automatically.
I don’t advise from a deck. I run these tools myself.
I’ve spent over a decade building digital businesses in consumer finance. Not in one company, and not in one country: the Czech Republic, India, Russia.
Three countries taught me one thing: what runs beats what presents.
Today I run my own business on AI agents I built myself. I keep a failure log for them: exactly where and how each one falls over. That log is more useful to me than the agents are.
Which is why I won’t recommend anything I haven’t tried to break myself.

You don’t want my hours. You want to know what to switch on Monday. That’s why the price is fixed.
Six deliverables you get for 8,900 CZK
A report you can open on Monday and start working from. Not a presentation about what AI can do.
A map of your processes
Where the time actually goes. From a 45-minute conversation, not a questionnaire.
Priority matrix
Every opportunity plotted by effort and impact. You see what makes sense first.
3–7 recommended tools
An off-the-shelf tool for every problem. Each with a price, time to deploy and the hours it saves.
4-day starter plan
One action a day, 10 minutes. After four days you have most of the value.
The ROI maths
Hours × rate × year, worked out on your numbers. How much you save.
One working build
I build one automation or AI skill straight onto a real process of yours. You don’t leave with just a document.
A typical case from an accounting firm: client documents arrive by e-mail in five formats and somebody retypes them into the system by hand. That is the first candidate for automation, not a chatbot on the website.
From call to plan in 7 days
A paid entry point is not pre-sales work. The assessment is the product: it has a flat price, a guarantee and a deadline.
Structured interview
Day 1 · 45 minutesI ask, you talk about how the firm actually runs: “Walk me through yesterday. Where did your time go?”
I record the call for my own notes only. The recording stays with me, goes nowhere else, and I delete it once the report is delivered. Want an NDA? I’ll sign one before the call.
Analysis and design
Days 2–4 · my workI run your operation against the off-the-shelf AI tools already on the market and my own method from ten years in three countries. You do nothing.
Report and working build
Days 5–6You get the report with six deliverables, including one automation built on a real process of yours.
Walkthrough and decision
Day 7 · 30 minutesWe go through the plan. One question at the end: do you deploy it yourself, or with me? Either is fine, the plan is yours.
Who this is for, and who it isn’t
A flat price only works if we agree on the inputs. This is the quick test.
We’re a fit if…
- you run a finance, accounting, advisory or law firm (2–50 people)
- you have repeating processes eating hours every week
- you want tools that already exist, not custom development for millions
- you decide alone, or with one partner
We’re not a fit if…
- you want “just a chatbot for the website”
- you want someone to deploy AI without you joining a single call
- you’re still scanning the market and the budget is “we’ll see”
- you expect a report for the drawer: my deliverables get implemented
Your people already use AI. You just don’t know about it.
Client data in somebody else’s chat
Staff paste client data into ChatGPT with no rules. In an accounting or law firm that is not a convenience, it is a risk to your clients. And since February 2025 the EU AI Act has required AI literacy of every firm where people use AI.
You pay for tools you don’t use
Most firms already own software with AI features they don’t know about. So the order is always the same: what you already have in a licence, what to buy, what to build. Building comes last.
Large firms are pulling away
Large Czech firms deploy AI four times more often than small ones. For an accounting or law firm that means a client with a large supplier is already getting used to a different speed of response.
- 54%of large Czech firms already use AI (CZSO 2025)
- 13%of small firms (CZSO 2025)
One price for the entry point. Public, and no “from”.
Most of the market hides its price list behind an “individual quote”. I know what I deliver and how long it takes, so the price is on the website.
8,900CZK
Final price. I am not VAT-registered, nothing is added.
Slot and card payment in one step (Stripe). Confirmation and receipt arrive by e-mail. The only thing you can lose is 45 minutes.
- 5 hours a week guaranteed
If I don’t find at least 5 hours a week in your operation that can realistically be won back, I refund 100% of the price.
- 100% credit
If you decide on implementation with me within 30 days, I take the full 8,900 CZK off its price. The assessment then costs you nothing.
- I don’t sell my own software
I only recommend tools that already exist. I am not their partner and I take no commission.
- Online, in English or Czech
45 minutes and 30 minutes on a video call. Where you call from doesn’t matter.
What comes after the assessment, and what it costs
The assessment is the entry point. If it shows that something should be built, you get a named fixed-price package, not an hourly rate. No long-term contracts: if I’m not bringing obvious value, we stop.

Straight answers
Why is the intro call paid when everyone else offers a “free consultation”?
Because the assessment isn’t pre-sales work, it is the product itself. A free consultation is a sales call in disguise. This call has a deliverable and a deadline, and if I find nothing, I refund the money. If we continue, the whole price comes off.
State-funded hubs offer a free initial diagnosis. What’s the difference?
From them you leave with a report for a segment. From me you leave with a report for your own firm and one automation already running in it. If I don’t find at least 5 hours a week in your firm, I refund the money.
What happens when I click “Book a slot”?
A calendar opens, you pick a slot and pay by card right there. Confirmation and receipt arrive by e-mail. Cancel at least 24 hours before and the full amount comes back automatically.
What about my clients’ data?
On the call you talk about processes, not specific clients. I record it for my own notes only; the recording stays with me, goes nowhere else, and I delete it once the report is delivered. Want an NDA? I’ll sign one before the call.
We already use ChatGPT. What do we need you for?
The gap between “people chat with ChatGPT” and “processes run themselves” is exactly what I’m looking for. And the second question we’ll ask: what data are your people pasting into it?
Do you build your own software?
No, and that is the point. I have nothing to sell you, so I only recommend what makes sense for you. The order is always the same: what you already have in a licence, what to buy for a few hundred crowns a month, what to build. When something genuinely needs building, I build it, but as step 2, at a fixed price.
We’re not a financial firm. Is this still worth it?
I focus on financial and professional services (accountants, advisors, lawyers, brokers) because I know those processes in depth. If you’re elsewhere and have repeating admin, write to me. On the intro call we’ll both see quickly whether it fits.
What about subsidies?
For the training part I can plug into Czech subsidy programmes (OPZ+ corporate training). Don’t count on subsidies for the assessment. Honestly: the paperwork would cost more than the assessment itself.
How much of my time does this take?
75 minutes total: a 45-minute opening interview and a 30-minute closing walkthrough. Everything in between is my work.
