1.Scope

These terms govern the AI Assessment service and any follow-on services ordered through deducio.cz.

The service is intended for businesses — companies and self-employed professionals ordering in the course of their business. Consumer-protection provisions, including the fourteen-day right of withdrawal, do not apply to such a relationship.

If you order as a consumer, your consumer rights remain fully intact under Czech law. Write to us before ordering and we will arrange it.

2.What the service is

The AI Assessment is a fixed-scope advisory service. It includes:

• a 45-minute structured interview,
• analysis of your processes and a proposed approach,
• a report with six deliverables (process map, priority matrix, 3–7 recommended tools, four-day starter plan, ROI calculation, working build),
• one working automation or AI skill built on a real process of yours,
• a 30-minute closing call.

The provider does not develop or sell software of its own. It recommends only third-party tools that already exist, is not a commercial partner of those tools, and receives no commission for recommending them.

3.Ordering

You order in the booking system: you pick a slot and pay immediately afterwards. The booking only becomes binding once payment is made — until then the slot is not reserved. The contract is concluded when payment is received.

The provider may decline an order, in particular where in its professional judgement the service would not create value for you. In that case the full amount is refunded.

4.Price and payment

The AI Assessment costs 8,900 CZK. That is the final price — the provider is not VAT-registered and no VAT is added.

The extended-scope assessment costs 17,900 CZK. Work beyond the agreed scope is charged at 3,000 CZK/hour, by prior agreement.

Payment is taken online by card through the payment provider Stripe. The provider has no access to your card details.

You receive a tax document after payment. The confirmation Stripe sends automatically is not an accounting document.

5.Delivery

The report is delivered within 7 days of the opening interview. That period extends by any time the provider spends waiting on you — for materials, or for a confirmed slot for the closing call.

6.Guarantee

If the provider does not find at least 5 hours a week in your operation that can realistically be won back, you get 100% of the fee returned.

Claim within 14 days of receiving the report. The refund is made within 14 days of the claim, by the same method you paid.

7.Credit against implementation

If you commission implementation from the provider within 30 days of receiving the report, the entire assessment fee is credited against its price.

The credit cannot be claimed retroactively after that period, nor combined with the refund under clause 6.

8.Rescheduling and cancellation

A slot can be moved free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand.

If you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand, the full amount is refunded — the booking system triggers the refund automatically. Cancellations later than 24 hours beforehand are not refunded.

If you do not attend and do not tell us, the interview counts as delivered.

9.Call recording

The provider records the opening interview so that nothing has to be gone over twice. Recording happens only with your consent, which is requested at the start of the call. You may withdraw consent at any time; recording then stops and the recording is deleted.

The recording is used solely to produce your report, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted no later than 90 days after the report is delivered.

10.Confidentiality

Everything the provider learns about your operation, numbers, clients and staff is confidential. It will not be disclosed to any third party or used for the benefit of another client.

Confidentiality survives the end of the engagement and is not time-limited. It does not cover publicly available information, or cases where the provider is required by law to disclose.

The provider will not name you as a reference without your written consent.

11.Personal data

The provider processes personal data only as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations — name, contact details, billing details and the call recording.

The legal basis is performance of the contract; consent for the recording; and legal obligation for accounting documents. Billing records are retained for the period required by law.

Processors are the payment provider (Stripe), the booking system, and tools used to process the recording. The provider does not sell data.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Exercise them by e-mail at the address above.

12.Liability

The assessment is a recommendation, not a guarantee of outcome. The provider is responsible for professional care in producing it, not for the business decisions you take on the back of it, nor for how third-party tools perform.

The provider is not liable for indirect loss or lost profit. Total liability is capped at the fee paid for the service; this cap does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Assessing whether recommended tools meet your own regulatory obligations is your responsibility. The provider does not give legal or tax advice.

13.Governing law

The contract is governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

Before filing suit, the parties will attempt to settle the matter by agreement.

14.Final provisions

The provider may amend these terms. For a contract already concluded, the version in force on the order date applies.

If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
